Menopause Symptoms

Most women find it confusing as they experience menstruation and menopause. There are about 70% of the women actually approaching the menopause and they are not very sure about the symptoms. Changing moods

The association of mood with day to day activities, interests, family and friends can all be difficult to manage. Osteoporosis

The bone degenerative process continues as there is thinning of bones and weakening. The density and mass will lower considerably making you prone to fractures and breaks at the same time. The automatic wear and tear of bones goes down to slower levels. Breast pain

Tenderness in the breasts, pain as well as soreness is known to occur due to hormonal changes. There is pain when breast are touched or there is application of pressure. Tension in muscles, hair loss, memory loss, dizziness, light headedness, low concentration, weight gain, irritability, panic, headaches and tingling sensation on skin or head is also experienced as menopause symptom. There are digestive, gastrointestinal issues along with nausea as you undergo menopause gradually.  Few women also have gum problems or there is increased bleeding. The itchy skin is also one symptom of menopause. Few may also notice change in body odor, cracking nails, more issues come and go as the physical changes occur.
